Rachel is an expert in adult learning and Founder and CEO of Like Learning Ltd. With nearly 25 years of direct learning and development experience she has worked with many high-profile organisations across different countries, including NATO; Airbus; Astrazenica, Action on Hearing Loss and Greenpeace to name a few. Rachel’s understanding of organisations operating in different countries and diversity of experience ensures her facilitation is truly impactful.
Specialising in team development; cross cultural communications and management and leadership development, Rachel oversees instructional design and quality. She is an ILM qualified facilitator, helping teams to progress and flourish. For example, Rachel has facilitated strategic leadership events for organisations including London Law Centers, Barristers at Bar pro bono; and all CEOs for London CABs. These events resulted in new organisational strategic plans and stronger teams.
