Rachel is an expert in adult learning and Founder and CEO of Like Learning Ltd. With nearly 25 years of direct learning and development experience she has worked with many high-profile organisations across different countries, including NATO; Airbus; Astrazenica, Action on Hearing Loss and Greenpeace to name a few. Rachel’s understanding of organisations operating in different countries and diversity of experience ensures her facilitation is truly impactful.
Specialising in team development; cross cultural communications and management and leadership development, Rachel oversees instructional design and quality. She is an ILM qualified facilitator, helping teams to progress and flourish. For example, Rachel has facilitated strategic leadership events for organisations including London Law Centers, Barristers at Bar pro bono; and all CEOs for London CABs. These events resulted in new organisational strategic plans and stronger teams.

Rebeca Fernandez, MBA
Rebeca Fernandez, MBA qualified, has been working in the HR industry for nearly 10 years. She has been working in HR in different areas (from Recruitment, HRBP, HR analytics and HRIS) for big banks (such as Barclays and Blackrock) and industries like fintech and consulting.
In the last 4 years, she has been leading HR transformation programs and helping corporate clients around the globe to understand how to better approach their programmes and deployed HRIS solutions for increasing their competitive advantage and increase the overall well-being of their workforce.
In all these years and working with many different clients, cultures and people, Rebeca has discovered that many large and small business experience varying degrees of Human Capital anxiety, linked to a lack of well-defined Human Capital Strategies.
Rebeca unique perspective brings an understanding of return on investment strategies in the HR space including data analytics and key performance indicators for measuring culture change.
