Our mindset matters all of the time. The way we view the world around us, engage with our environment and interpret events including how people treat us, in the workplace and at home, is shaped by the way we think, and the way we think is driven by our mindset.


If you have ever felt 'done to'; got angry or frustrated with getting work done; felt that new tasks were beyond your ability; or thought things were the way they were and do not change then chances are your mindset is biased towards a fixed orientation.
