How your mindset shapes your thinking

Updated: Jun 23, 2020

"What really frightens and dismays us is not external events themselves, but the way in which we think about them. It is not things that disturb us, but our interpretation of their significance."

Our mindset matters all of the time. The way we view the world around us, engage with our environment and interpret events including how people treat us, in the workplace and at home, is shaped by the way we think, and the way we think is driven by our mindset.

If you want to understand more about how your mindset shapes the way you view the world and events around you, you can listen to full and exclusive interview with Jackie Beere OBE Mindset Coach, trainer and author of 'GROW - change your mindset, change your life'.

It is an insightful conversation!
